pays the transfer fee?
The
transfer fee is paid by the buyer.

there any service charges?
There is a
charge of 6 Baht per sq.m. of land per month. This pays for the
upkeep of the communal areas and for the maintenance of the
swimming pool (chemical dosing and cleaning).

two storey villas available?
Yes. On a
standard plot the price is 3,450,000 Baht

Can
I buy extra land and how much is it?
In some cases,
extra land is available at 4,250 Baht per sq. m. on all plots
where available. Alternatively, larger plots are available.

The total
living area including the terrace is 120 sq.m.

Does
the price include a swimming pool?
Yes, each
villa comes complete with a 6x3 metre pool. There is a hi-tech
central system which avoids the need for a pump house on your
property.

Can
I make the swimming pool bigger?
Your current 6
m. x 3 m. pool can be extended. We do not charge any additional
fees for servicing larger pools! For each additional square metre
we charge an extra. Per

I build a Jacuzzi?

complementing your swimming pool with an invigorating Jacuzzi.
Measuring 1.5 m. x 1.5 m., it sits along side your pool. Five

we make any exterior changes to the main villa?
No. We have a
strict policy to prevent any changes in order that the whole
project is within keeping.

No. However
each villa will have a low hedge around it. We do allow low level
